Mood: shaggg.
Yes, orientations are tiring. The last few days of orientation are working out fine for me. I went for course counselling and took my art proficiency test today. The art test was superb. (Oh well, what with me being in art&design for 4 years and everything, drawing random objects found in the art room was just way cool.) I hope i get into ART. Besides if i got in, there would be wonderful, talented artists-cum-classmates around me. Working along side them would be like a dream come true! During art introductory, the lecturer actually brought as to the gallery, where all the jc2s displayed their A lvl pieces. It was just WOW.
Course counselling was basically done at the hub. I was accompanied by see hwee, kuai wen, kee an, wen ya, hsieh hui and lilian, mostly asking about subjects we were all interested in.
Every teacher's reply was 'It's going to be challenging. It's Jc, the A' levels are totally different from the O' levels.'
Yeah, that's so helpful.
Anws, for ell, the results would be out on either tuesday or latest wednesday. How they accessed us depended on if we were very familiar with basic grammar and showed an awareness on the different audiences and text type.
I'm definitely wishing i get into art and ell.
If i can't get into either, i would probably feel miserable for quite a period.
After og, i went out for dinner with my new og mates, (let me try to name them) Dickson, Kenneth, Joan, Cherie, Lewis, Timothy, Jebas. Was quite fun getting to know new people, mixing around, kidding, talking about subject combinations and stuff. Except for dinner, it turned out to be a boy-eat-girl-watch kind of commedy. Couldn't stop laughing at their silliness. I was tempted to buy dinner though i was eating at home, just by watching all the food. Halfway through their meals, the guys were talking about shavers and how they shaved their moustaches. (if they had any.) LOL.
Orientation tmr's gonna be mud games!
Reminder to oneself: Bring a dark coloured shirt and thermometer. (And i thought we were done with the temperature taking exercises.)
Ladies and gentleman, welcome to the candy empire.
Hello. My name is liying, without any spacing in between.
I'm obviously a girl, if it isn't obvious enough.
I also have this super, uber, long name which says
Any one will do, its your choice.
My awesomeness can't be contained in such a teeny-weeny box because i'm sensational.
Yes, I'm loved, bayy-beh. I blog about everything under the sun and anything that's the past, present and the future. My profile page is non-existent, because its not long enough.
